My vivoactive3 had the same problem, so I contacted official support although it was out of warranty. I send it to them (9,90 euros standard package) and after they analized it (it was 26 months old, without defects, updated and reset) they said that the problem was the battery so they will send me a refurbished one (good as new) for 75,10 euros.

Don't laugh I had the same issue and tried everything to fix it short of hitting it with a hammer. The last thing I tried was hitting the find my Garmin alert and everything went back to normal. No clue why but it worked. Hope this helps.
Hi, I have the same problem, battery stays mostly two but max 3 days. Today it dropped from 46% to 5% during 5 hours without any activity. GARMIN this is not how it works to make client happy. My watch is from Jan 2020. Before this update battery runs at least 5+ days

The Vivoactive 3 has been a bust, IMO. I've had to contact Garmin 3 times, resulting in a replacement, but just how good the replacement is, remains to be seen. The battery has always been the issue. It may be the latest FW (3.3) will take care of the problem, and at 2 days I'm 65% battery remaining.
