There was a place to store your luggage on the boat as soon as you got on, we had 2 x small cabin sized cases and 2 x under seat bags, we put the small cases in the storage area when we boarded and took our smaller bags to our seats. when we came back we got the ferry from Igoumenitsa so we came back to the domestic side of the port, and there is a luggage storage there, if you look on google
